Hierarchy?

Or rather just equally diverse?

I almost ran out of time to participate this week. Better late than never!

Modbook

I'm drooling over these tablet computers! The base is a mac laptop that has been modified using wacom technology to create a tablet computer. It seems like the ideal sketchbook, just a mighty expensive one. I've been searching the net for reviews regarding the ability to see the screen in the sunlight and so far the modbook reviews are pretty disappointing on this factor. The modbook pro doesn't come out until June, and I'm wondering how it will perform in the sunlight. The only issue is that the pro is much too expensive, so it might not matter anyway.

But I really really want one of these!

Craft Show

I've been chosen to participate in ICE! This is my very first craft show and I am super excited to be part of it. Needless to say, I am now busy busy creating product for the show. Here is a preview of what I'll be selling.

Fleeting

Sisters

I've been sketching lots of children lately. I'm hoping to build up a new portfolio to send off to the children's publishing world. Finally! I've been out of art college for 8 years and have not pursued this dream of mine as of yet. I never realized how tough it could be to be a corporate artist, and how easy it would be to stop drawing for myself. This time, I'm vowing not to stop!

Reading

With spring time coming, I have the desire to be outside reading a good book. So many books, so little time!
